U.S. Military Standing Price Quotation System (SPQS)

Sikorsky Aircraft’s Standing Price Quotation System (SPQS) was developed in support of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Initiative. The unit prices for parts contained within the SPQS have been developed in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated June 19, 1996 as amended through August 9, 2006 between the local DCMA and Sikorsky Aircraft. Effective April 22, 2011, DCMA terminated the MOU. Sikorsky Aircraft, however, continues to maintain unit pricing in this system and it is made available to users for the purpose of determining price reasonableness.

Access to this system is limited to U.S. Government contracting personnel.
